I am happy to write a review and recount my experience following my instructing Peter to take a case against the Association of Irish Racehorse Owners, AIRO.

Peter and his legal team have been extremely professional in his approach to bringing the case before the High Court, in which he instructed junior and Senior Counsel to initiate proceedings seeking an injunction preventing AIRO from acting in an undemocratic and illegal manner in respect to a nominating process of a member of the Association to the statutory position on the board of Horse Racing Ireland, HRI.

The case proceeded where a satisfactory outcome was achieved for me, with costs being mutually agreed in my favour.
